Quo maintains a network of licensed real estate agents who have agreed to work with our platform. While we carefully vet our agents, we do not directly employ them, and they remain independent contractors.
We strive to ensure high-quality service from our agent network, but the actual real estate services are provided by the individual agents, not by Quo directly. Any disputes regarding agent performance should be reported to us promptly.
All communications between users and agents through our platform may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. By using our Service, you consent to such monitoring.
Basic access to our platform is free for homeowners. Fees are typically collected as part of the real estate commission structure when a successful transaction is completed through our network.
Commission rates and fee structures will be clearly disclosed before you enter into any agreement with an agent through our platform. All fees are subject to the terms of your specific listing agreement.
Additional premium services may be available for separate fees. Any such fees will be clearly disclosed before you opt into these services.

IN NO EVENT SHALL QUO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Quo is not responsible for the quality, legality, or safety of real estate services provided by agents in our network. We facilitate connections but do not guarantee outcomes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or other representative proceeding.
